Restaurant Manager.
An exciting opportunity has opened up at The Fancy Cow as our restaurant continues to grow and cement itself in the Marlborough hospitality scene.
This is a hands-on role that involves overseeing restaurant operations, maintaining a positive restaurant culture, supervising front of house staff, training new employees, interacting with diners to ensure positive experiences and organising restaurant supplies.

Senior Front of House & Bartender.
We are looking for experienced people to join the hustle and bustle of our restaurant in senior FOH and bartender positions. You will be joining an energetic team that works in a fun and fast paced environment. We are looking for someone who loves hospitality, is a people person, and has strong communication skills.
The role requires someone that has experience working in a restaurant or similar setting, is competent in table service, bar work (incl. cocktail making) and coffee making.
